Creative Wellbeing at GHT

Creative Wellbeing at GHT is a programme of art-based short courses designed to promote, reflect upon and build positive wellbeing and resilience whilst fostering a supportive, creative community.

Each course will be facilitated by an experienced creative practitioner who will guide and support you as you develop your skills and confidence and are designed to suit all creative abilities from beginners looking to learn a new art practice to experienced artists looking to build on their existing skillset. This is an opportunity for you to learn new techniques or to build on your existing skills. You will experiment with a broad range of artistic techniques such as watercolour painting, book-binding and mark-making offering you the chance to explore methods such as mindfulness and how you can utilise these to sustain positive mental wellbeing through creativity.
