We’re thrilled to announce a whole new menu of tasty collaborations for the GHT cafe!
When we reopen in just a few weeks time we will have not only new menus, new food and new drinks, but also a glorious outdoor courtyard ready for you to enjoy summer in the Old Town.
We will be serving:
Sandwiches from The Focaccia Co, who said: “We are very excited to be working alongside GHT. This is our first wholesale supplier, and we love the unique venue! Our inspiration came from a trip to Florence, and we combined this with our catering experience and the street food scene in order to provide a unique & good quality product at a very reasonable price. We hope you enjoy our food!” – Paul Dive & Charlotte Frake
Coffee from Peaberry Coffee Roasters. Peaberry – whose name is inspired by the coffee bean which grows at the tips of branches – roast their own small batches by hand at their base in Andover, north Hampshire. In their own words: “Our aim is simple and we strive to provide the best tasting coffees from around the coffee belt then small batch roast by hand being extremely careful to manipulate the whole process according to the history of the harvest.”
Beers from Southampton’s own Unity Brewery Co., whose approach “combines innovation and creativity with a focus on people and developing for the future in a spirit of positivity. We’re proudly community owned and committed to making beer we want you to enjoy.”
Vegan Bakes from Twenty Seven Vegan Bakery. These delightful sweet treats are homemade here in Southampton by baker Anne-Marie who has over ten years experience in vegan baking.
Cakes from Hoxton Bakehouse. Yes! Those cinnamon buns are back! And so are the citrus morning buns, mocha bun with hazelnut praline, and the pecan and maple danish. The best buns in town will be delivered fresh from the Southampton outlet every morning.
We hope to see you there!
