Mailing list/email marketing
When subscribing to our mailing list, we only collect certain data about you, including your name and email address and any email marketing we send is in accordance with the GDPR.
Our email marketing is sent out through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software/applications that allows organisations to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list or update your information at any time by following the link on the the email you received. We will never send your data to third parties nor will we send data to areas where a suitable data protection policy is not in place.
Social media
We use social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) as a primary method of communication with you. Settings on these platforms give you the option to consent to giving third parties permission to access information from you. By providing access, this means we can measure who we’re reaching and whether our communications are effective. We are also able to launch online campaigns, such as targeted advertisement, based on these findings.
Audience research and feedback
In order to collect accurate and informative audience research, visitors may be asked to complete an online survey which gathers data relating to their experience. Data collected may include demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests. All data collected through audience research will be kept confidential and anonymous in resulting reports and taking part in audience research is entirely optional.
