On International Women’s Day 2023 we celebrated the launch of our exhibition ‘Inspirational Women Artists’ and the brilliant community of female artists.

For the second year of this celebratory exhibition, 100 female-identifying and non-binary artists took over God’s House Tower in an inspiring and empowering homage to women artists past and present. From intricate illustrations to graphic prints and quirky collages, the exhibition highlights the influential impact of women artists and how their legacy has inspired the artists of today.

At the launch event, guests had the opportunity to explore this compelling collection of artworks and learn more about the featured artists and their inspiration and influences. they also took the chance to bid on their favourite works in our silent auction, with the chance of taking home the works on display. For each artwork sold, 50% of the proceeds will go to the artist who made the work and 50% will be donated to Yellow Door, a Southampton-based charity that prevents and responds to domestic and sexual abuse.
